During the first phase of our process , we collect Information that will set the parameters for the scope of the Project . this data is dependent on the type of project being Initiated and includes client budget , objective , deadline Audience , and any available market research about the end user On receipt of a modest , we go to work .
The second phase of our Process is used to determine the best courses of action based onThe information acquired . the initial client request is often the Foundation for how we proceed , but in order to be innovative And leverage campus and client resources , we evaluate the Information gathered in the previous phase and look for Synergies , strategies and opportunities that we can offer to the Client as a means to achieve their objectives The third phase of our process is where the magic happened the Technical teams uses the approved project scope and strategy to Develop ideas to present to the client for approval During this Phase , we work through a proofing process that ensures the Clients involvemant and allows their collaboration in the end Product .
The fourth phase begins once the final approval has been issued By the client . During this phase we work either in – house or with Contracted vendors to complete the project within estimated
